Mohan Thirumala, M.D., is a radiation oncologist on staff at Broward General Medical Center and North Broward Medical Center.

Dr. Thirumala received his medical degree from the Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal, A.P., India, and completed his residency in radiation therapy at the University of Miami School of Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Thirumala is board certified in therapeutic radiology.  His professional memberships include the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the American College of Radiology.

He also is a member of the Committee on Cancer and the Radiation Safety Committee at Broward General Medical Center.

Dr. Thirumala has been with Broward Health since 1981.
